The implementation of the KK.03.2.1.19.1290 project entitled “Improving customer service efficiency of POINTER d.o.o.” has begun on November 26th, 2019.

The project primarily involves procurement of hardware and procurement, implementation and integration of service management, asset and project management software.

Dana 26. studenog 2019. godine, započela je provedba projekta KK.03.2.1.19.1290 pod nazivom “Poboljšanje učinkovitosti servisne službe POINTER d.o.o.“.

Projekt primarno uključuje Nabavu hardvera i Nabavu, implementaciju i integraciju softvera za servisno upravljanje, upravljanje imovinom i projektima.
